About Me

Welcome to my Fursuit Portfolio! My name is Kailyn, but I go by Ritz online. I'm 32 years old and live in Colorado. My pronouns are they/them!

I have been creating costumes for myself since I was in elementary school, when I made a fleece black cat costume for Halloween. I got into making fursuits in high school after experimenting with anime cosplay for a few years. I took my first costume commission in 2010 and have been doing this full-time since July 2018! I love being able to bring a 2D character to life as a performance costume.

I am most interested in creating cartoony costumes or creature cosplays consistent with my art style, that are easy to store and wash, are durable, and are also lightweight and easy to wear.

In my off time I enjoy playing video games like Pokémon and Spyro, as well as card games like Magic the Gathering and some board games. I also really enjoy drawing and painting animals and dragons! My biggest interests outside of costuming are dinosaurs, astronomy, language learning, and dog training.
